"Pretty disappointing this time"
I usually really like Sweet Tomatoes, but this visit was a letdown. Most of the food was barely warm, like it had been sitting out for way too long. The soup was fine, but the pasta and veggies just didn’t taste fresh at all. For what they’re charging now, I expected better. If it’s like this again, I’ll probably start going somewhere else.

"Great Veggie Options, Just Need More Vegan Dressings"
I really appreciate how many veggie choices they offer, it makes it easy to put together something fresh and filling. To be fair, the variety is definitely better than a lot of places. I just wish there were a few more vegan dressing options so everyone had the same chance to enjoy a fully customized meal.

"Fresh and Easy Lunch Spot"
I stopped in for a quick lunch the salad bar was really fresh. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes tasted like they’d just been cut, and the fruit didn’t have that weird old fridge taste. Nothing looked dried out or picked over, which I definitely appreciated. The soups were hot too, and the bread was soft. It’s a simple place, but the freshness made it worth it for me. I’d go back again.

"Fresh, Soft, and Honestly Better Than Expected"
I ordered a few bakery items from sweettomatoes, and I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The bread was super soft and fresh, not dry at all, which is always my biggest concern when ordering baked goods online. I also tried the muffins, and they had a really nice flavor without being too sweet. Everything tasted like it had been made recently, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Management really needs to pay attention to cleanliness"
I stopped in for lunch and felt disappointed. The place just didn’t seem like anyone was taking care of it. The tables were sticky, there was food all over the floor, and the salad bar looked messy like the staff hadn’t checked on it in a while. The bathroom was gross too, which made it hard to feel comfortable eating there. I used to enjoy Sweet Tomatoes, so I’m blaming whoever is running this location for letting it get to that point. Not a good visit at all

Stopped by for a bit the place just had a really nice cozy vibe. Didn’t stay super long or try everything, but the atmosphere was warm and comfortable.

"Fresh Food, But Smaller Portions"
The food was good and tasted fresh, so no complaints there. I just felt like the portions were a bit small for the price. I was expecting, well, I guess I was hoping for a little more, especially when it came to the sides. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, just not very filling. I’d maybe order again, but probably only if I wasn’t super hungry.

Went to Sweet Tomatoes and it was a good visit overall, but wow, that line tested my patience. We probably waited around 15–20 minutes before getting seated, which isn’t the end of the world, but I was definitely getting annoyed by then. Once we finally got in, the food was fresh and the staff did a good job keeping everything moving. I’d go back, but probably not during the dinner rush because I’m not trying to stand around that long again. Giving it 4 stars because the wait could definitely be better

I usually come here for the soups and was hoping for the same cozy experience I’ve had before, but this time it was kind of mixed because the tomato soup was decent and still had that nice comforting flavor, while the other soup I tried tasted a little watery and wasn’t really as hot as I expected, so it wasn’t bad or anything, just not quite as good as I remembered

The kids had a good time and the place did have a relaxed vibe, which I appreciated. That said, the seating felt cramped, and I was kind of side-eyeing how little help there was for families with small kids. It wasn’t bad overall, just not sure I’d rush back unless I knew what to expect...

"Really good simple food"
Everything tasted fresh and the tomato soup had a really nice flavor. The bread was warm too which made it even better. Nothing fancy just solid food I’d definitely eat again.

I reached out to Sweet Tomatoes with a question about my order, and they did eventually get back to me. The response was helpful enough once it came through, but you kind of expect things to move a bit faster when it’s about an order. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not amazing either.

"Not the value it used to be?!"
I used to really like Sweet Tomatoes, but it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore?! The food wasn’t bad or anything, just kind of average for what I paid. The salad bar still had a few good options, but some of the stuff looked like it had been sitting out a bit too long, and the soups were meh. If you’re really craving a buffet, it’s fine, but I left thinking I probably could’ve spent less somewhere else and felt way more satisfied.

"Ordering Online Was a Mess"
I tried placing an order online and the website kept lagging the whole time. Then after I checked out, my pickup time changed, which was so frustrating, like, how is this okay? The food itself was fine, but the whole ordering process was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Pretty solid experience overall"
I ordered from sweettomatoes.com the service was quicker than I thought it would be. There was a short wait at checkout, but it wasn’t a big deal. My food was ready fast, and the staff seemed like they had everything under control. It wasn’t totally perfect, but in the end, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d probably order again.
